OUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- We carry out the research and data collection to understand the organization and conduct the business analysis.
- Interview the client’s employees, management team and other stakeholders to understand the strategy and recommend with most suitable business solution to enhance the business further.
- Prepare Business Proposals and Presentations.
- Accurately identify the issues and form hypotheses and solutions and present the findings and recommendations to clients.
- Implement recommendations/solutions and ensure the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it the recommended solutions.
- We manage the projects and extend time to time advises/recommendations for the progress of the projects.
- Liaise with the client to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions.
- We recommend/conduct the diversity/inclusiveness training to create a more inclusive culture and help stakeholders become more aware of how the organization may be creating an unwelcome atmosphere for diverse communities.
- We create an evaluation plan to measure the efficacy of training and progress of the client’s inclusiveness initiative.
